How long will it take to get my package?

Our warehouse is located in New Jersey. Orders are processed same day.

Ground Delivery: 3-5 business days from shipping date
Expedited Delivery: 2-3 business days

What shipping methods are available?

Orders are shipped via USPS or similar delivery service to a street address. In-stock items ship 2-3 days from order date.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods are accepted?

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

How is sales tax charged?

7% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of New Jersey as required by law.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to make an order. You may checkout as a guest. Registered users with an account will be able to view their order history and checkout faster on future orders.

How can I return a product?

Oh no! We hope you’re not too unhappy with your purchase, but for any reason, you can return any feather wreaths within (7) seven calendar days from the date you received it. You can either exchange your purchase for another item or request a credit note to be used at a later time. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Defective items must be reported within (3) three calendar days from the date you received it in order to request a return authorization. Feather trees are non-returnable. We, unfortunately, don’t offer cash refunds.

To make a return, please contact us at [email protected] We’ll quickly go over your return with you and organize the easiest shipping method. Shipping from you back to us is at your own expense. However, shipping of your exchanged item from us back to you will be at no charge. In the case of incorrect or damaged goods, we will cover shipping both ways.

As soon as your order arrives back at our offices we’ll do a quick packaging and contents check. Once that’s out of the way, we’ll send you your exchange or issue you with a credit note to be used in the future.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee should any items be returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
